Description for 1. level "Body Restoration"

The method is based on the principles of osteopathy, that is why all 30 practices are long, from 60 to 90 minutes, because the purpose of working with the body is to achieve significant improvements, and this is possible only with a deep impact on all the structures of the person.

- breathing exercises to revitalize the lungs and diaphragm;

- Practices to restore genitourinary health;

- to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles;

- elimination of "bones on the feet", fascial pain in the feet and legs;

- restoring health to the organs of the neck;

- elimination of cellulite and swelling of the legs;

- energy practices to harmonize all human systems.

It is important, at the beginning of practice, to free the body from tension, to improve the permeability of fluids, otherwise, from physical activity you create a greater flow of blood to the organs, and the outflow, in most people, is disturbed, so there is wear and tear of the system and deterioration of the condition (headaches, fatigue, exacerbation of varicose veins).

In order to avoid this, all practices in the Lecture Hall are built in such a way as to improve blood circulation, innervation, lymph flow, align the main body horizons and only then - to give adequate and gradual load where it is necessary.

Thus, practicing for body recovery in the Lecture Hall is a self-healing process, not just a set of exercises.

Each session has a deep rationale and a structured sequence of movements aimed at eliminating habitual clamps and asymmetries, which is why a session takes 60 to 90 minutes and is similar to a session with a professional osteopath.

After the session, as a rule, participants undergo deep transformations both on the level of body and consciousness. All practices end with meditations aimed at increasing your energy and vitality.

The module includes 10 complete practices to restore the aesthetics of the face, neck, and décolletage.

These are deep practices for self-correction of aesthetic changes ( wrinkles, loose skin, double chin, etc.).

Facial practices are a special kind of art of self-correction and bringing yourself to your healthy standard.

You will, like a sculptor, learn how to mold your face and neck into the desired benchmark.

As a result of the classes, you will restore the health of your tissues and be proud of your face as a work of art!

But most importantly, you will learn how to be the most talented masseur and expert for yourself, and you will be able to look good anywhere in the world, in different situations, always without needing anyone's help.
