A platform featuring exercises based on the 5D Regeneration Method for the whole family. The classes focus on gentle self-correction, improving posture, body balance, and facial aesthetics.
Self-correction classes are led by Elena Hondorchyn, creator of the 5D Regeneration Method. The exercises help you gently work with your body, your attention, tension, and your overall sense of balance.

Description for Level 1: “Body Harmonization”
The 5D Method is based on a unique approach to gentle self-correction, involving mindful work with the body, fascia, breath, and physical balance; therefore, Level 1 practices are structured as a deep and systematic approach to self-correction. Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes, as this format allows practitioners to avoid superficial work and instead create conditions for positive dynamics, a more harmonious physical state, and lasting changes in how one feels. This level provides a solid foundation without which it is impossible to move forward effectively: it helps reduce accumulated tension, improve connection with the body, and prepare it for the next stage of practice.

Skull self-correction practices.
This level covers the basic techniques for gentle self-correction of cranial structures. According to the Method’s approach, attention is focused on the cranial region, tension, symmetry, head position, and overall bodily balance.
Description to level 4.
Practices in self-correction of the skull and jaw, accompanied by a mentor .
Practices for self-correction of the facial skull and jaw. This includes in-depth practices on the facial skull, jaw, temporomandibular joint and areas affecting posture and facial aesthetics. Level 4 also includes lectures by guest experts such as a nutritionist, cosmetologist, respiratory therapist and other professionals whose knowledge enhances and complements the course.

5) I would like to complete Level 1, 2, or 3 with the guidance of a mentor. Is that possible?

The curator will conduct a visual analysis of the photos for educational purposes, assist with navigating the program, offer recommendations on the sequence of exercises, and provide feedback on your progress throughout the course.
