When a student violates established policies or guidelines:

-> The student bears all responsibility for any harm caused to him/herself or others - physical, psychological or property.

-> Any consequences resulting from independent actions, changes in work algorithms or failure to follow supervisors' instructions are entirely the responsibility of the student.

-> The Contractor shall not compensate and shall not be liable for negative consequences of such actions.

-> Terms and conditions for using the knowledge gained on the course "5D Regeneration Method Expert" :

By purchasing the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course, on the Expert or Expert Entrepreneur plan, you get the right to conduct lectures for both commercial and non-commercial purposes - in online and offline formats.

You're allowed:

Integrate knowledge: Use the knowledge and insights gained from the course in your own training programs and courses, as long as you don't copy the content verbatim and resell it as a separate product.

However, the following restrictions apply:

1) Non-transferable expert status: You may not appoint or authorize others as 5D Regeneration experts.

2) Video Resale Prohibition: Resale, distribution or reuse of Elena Gondorchin's original videos is strictly prohibited.

3) Method Copyright: You cannot claim to be the founder or creator of the 5D Regeneration method.

4) If you violate the terms of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or sell your course involving Method 5D knowledge below the set price (less than $200), the student bears the following consequences:

-> Penalty in the amount of UAH 500,000.
Compensation of all losses to the Contractor, including possible reputational losses, damage from lost profits and expenses for restoration of violated conditions.

5) It is also forbidden to apply the knowledge of the 5D method on third parties until the training is completed (at the "Expert" or "Expert Entrepreneur" participation rates on the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course) .

Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the course with no refund and a possible fine.

Условия заморозки:
• 💫 Без уважительных причин — заморозка возможна до 1 месяца.
• 🌸 При наличии обстоятельств, связанных с состоянием здоровья, беременностью, послеоперационным периодом или иными ограничениями, срок заморозки может быть рассмотрен индивидуально, но не более чем на 1 год.

-> Исполнитель не предоставляет кураторские, индивидуальные и иные персонализированные услуги лицам, в отношении которых имеется хотя бы одно из следующих обстоятельств:

1) Лицо имеет место постоянного проживания на территории Российской Федерации или Республики Беларусь;

2) Лицо является налоговым резидентом Российской Федерации или Республики Беларусь;

3) Оплата осуществляется со счёта, карты или иного платёжного средства, открытого в банке или платёжном учреждении Российской Федерации или Республики Беларусь;

4) Лицо действует от имени, в интересах или за счёт лица, подпадающего под один из критериев, указанных в настоящем пункте;

5) Лицо включено в санкционные списки Украины либо предоставление услуг такому лицу или принятие от него оплаты запрещено или ограничено законодательством Украины.

Оплачивая программу, Студент подтверждает под личную ответственность, что ни одно из обстоятельств, указанных в подпунктах 1–5 настоящего пункта, к нему не применяется.

В случае возникновения обоснованных сомнений Исполнитель вправе запросить у Студента документы или сведения для подтверждения указанных обстоятельств. До завершения проверки Исполнитель вправе приостановить предоставление кураторских, индивидуальных и иных персонализированных услуг.

Если будет установлено, что Студент предоставил недостоверное подтверждение, Исполнитель вправе отказать в предоставлении таких услуг или прекратить их предоставление. Вопрос возврата денежных средств решается в соответствии с иными условиями настоящего Договора и законодательством Украины.
