-> The Provider does not guarantee that the services will meet the goals and expectations of the Student or third parties, nor does the Provider guarantee that the Student will achieve a specific result, as the results of different Students may vary significantly when using the same services.

-> Results depend on each Student's starting point, accuracy of execution of techniques, understanding of the theoretical and practical parts of the Tutorials, and other factors.

-> The case studies and success stories featured on the website and social media are provided solely to demonstrate the results of specific individuals and are not a promise or guarantee that the Student will achieve similar results.

 

-> By starting the course, the student confirms agreement with the public offer.

 

-> Ignorance does not absolve one of responsibility!

-> Any aggression, inappropriate behavior, rule breaking or mental instability.

 

-> Loss of all rights to participate in future Contractor programs.

When a student violates established policies or guidelines:

-> The student bears all responsibility for any harm caused to him/herself or others - physical, psychological or property.

-> Any consequences resulting from independent actions, changes in work algorithms or failure to follow supervisors' instructions are entirely the responsibility of the student.

-> The Contractor shall not compensate and shall not be liable for negative consequences of such actions.

 

-> Terms and conditions for using the knowledge gained on the course "5D Regeneration Method Expert" :

By purchasing the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course, on the Expert or Expert Entrepreneur plan, you get the right to conduct lectures for both commercial and non-commercial purposes - in online and offline formats.

You're allowed:

Integrate knowledge: Use the knowledge and insights gained from the course in your own training programs and courses, as long as you don't copy the content verbatim and resell it as a separate product.

However, the following restrictions apply:

1) Non-transferable expert status: You may not appoint or authorize others as 5D Regeneration experts.

2) Video Resale Prohibition: Resale, distribution or reuse of Elena Gondorchin's original videos is strictly prohibited.

3) Method Copyright: You cannot claim to be the founder or creator of the 5D Regeneration method.

4) If you violate the terms of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or sell your course involving Method 5D knowledge below the set price (less than $200), the student bears the following consequences:

-> Penalty in the amount of UAH 500,000.
Compensation of all losses to the Contractor, including possible reputational losses, damage from lost profits and expenses for restoration of violated conditions.

5) It is also forbidden to apply the knowledge of the 5D method on third parties until the training is completed (at the "Expert" or "Expert Entrepreneur" participation rates on the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course) .

Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the course with no refund and a possible fine.

Yes!

Freezing conditions:
- 💫 Without valid reasons - freezing is possible up to 1 month.
- 🌸 For medical reasons or on doctor's recommendation - for the necessary period, but not more than 1 year.
