If a student violates the established rules or guidelines:

-> Students are solely responsible for any harm—physical, psychological, or property damage—caused to themselves or others.

-> The student bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from independent actions, changes to operating algorithms, or failure to follow the instructors’ instructions.

-> The Contractor shall not compensate for or be liable for any adverse consequences resulting from such actions.

 

-> Terms of Use for the Knowledge Gained in the “5D Regeneration Method Expert” Course:

When you purchase the “5D Regeneration Method Expert” course on the “Expert” or “Expert-Entrepreneur” pricing plan, you gain the right to conduct lectures for both commercial and non-commercial purposes—in both online and offline formats.

You are permitted to:

Integrate the knowledge: Use the knowledge and insights gained from this course in your own training programs and courses, provided that you do not copy the content verbatim or resell it as a separate product.

However, the following restrictions apply:

1) Non-transferability of expert status: You do not have the right to appoint or authorize other individuals as experts in the 5D Regeneration Method.

2) Prohibition on Reselling Videos: Reselling, distributing, or reusing Elena Gondorchina’s original video content is strictly prohibited.

3) Copyright to the method: You may not claim to be the founder or creator of the 5D Regeneration method.

4) In the event of a breach of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or the sale of your course—which incorporates knowledge from the 5D Method—at a price below the established price (less than $200), the student will face the following consequences:

-> A fine of 500,000 UAH.
Compensation for all losses incurred by the Contractor, including any reputational damage, loss of profits, and expenses incurred to restore the conditions that were breached.

5) It is also prohibited to apply the 5D Method to third parties until the completion of the training (for participants enrolled in the “Expert” or “Expert-Entrepreneur” tracks of the 5D Regeneration Method Expert Course).

Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund and a possible fine.

Yes!

Freeze Policy:
• 💫 Without a valid reason, a freeze is possible for up to 1 month.
• 🌸 In cases involving health issues, pregnancy, the post-operative period, or other limitations, the freeze period may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but for no more than 1 year.

 

-> The service provider does not provide curatorial, individual, or other personalized services to persons for whom at least one of the following circumstances applies:

1) The individual has a permanent residence within the territory of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus;

2) The individual is a tax resident of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus;

3) Payment is made from an account, card, or other payment instrument held at a bank or payment institution in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus;

4) The person acts on behalf of, in the interests of, or at the expense of a person who meets one of the criteria specified in this paragraph;

5) The person is included on Ukraine’s sanctions lists, or the provision of services to such a person or the acceptance of payment from such a person is prohibited or restricted by Ukrainian law.

By paying for the program, the student confirms, under his or her own responsibility, that none of the circumstances listed in subparagraphs 1–5 of this paragraph apply to him or her.

In the event of reasonable doubt, the Contractor has the right to request documents or information from the Student to confirm the circumstances in question. Until the verification is complete, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of academic advising, one-on-one, and other personalized services.

If it is determined that the Student has provided false documentation, the Service Provider has the right to refuse to provide such services or to terminate their provision. The issue of refunds shall be resolved in accordance with the other terms of this Agreement and the laws of Ukraine.
