This course is for individuals who want to correct jaw alignment, straighten and expand the dental arch, eliminate a gummy smile, and create a harmonious head shape.

The course was created with the help of an osteopathic doctor and is absolutely safe if the exercises are performed correctly. The results after the course are presented in the photo gallery.

How is everything connected?

-> Cranial bone correction can significantly enhance facial aesthetics. Issues such as a narrow jaw and improper bite can cause the skull to elongate and narrow, affecting tongue positioning in the mouth. When the tongue cannot rest comfortably on the upper palate, it tends to fall to the bottom of the mouth, leading to the formation of a double chin, mouth breathing, sleep apnea, and snoring.

-> An elongated, flat face is characterized by sunken and sagging cheeks, nasolabial and nasolacrimal folds, a more prominent nose with a drooping tip, and recessed lips and eyes. This can lead to the formation of jowls, puffiness, and under-eye hernias. Additionally, fluid retention in the facial tissues disrupts drainage from the maxillary sinuses, potentially causing adenoids, allergies, and a tendency toward frequent colds.

A narrow, underdeveloped jaw can lead to dental crowding, gum recession, bleeding, and increased sensitivity of the gums and teeth. This occurs due to impaired blood circulation and nerve function within the restricted jaw space.

A narrowed, underdeveloped dental arch provides insufficient support for the cranial bones. As soon as the jaw shifts position, the entire body adapts accordingly.

As a rule, a narrow jaw is often accompanied by cervical hyperlordosis, leading to a hunched posture. Due to insufficient load on the masticatory system, the jaws of modern humans are often underdeveloped.

This is precisely what causes a lack of space for the wisdom teeth and, in many cases, for other teeth as well—leading to crowding and misalignment of their angles.

All orthodontic appliances forcibly attempt to expand the dental arch without considering the fact that the jaw is part of the skull. The position and development of the jaws are directly influenced by the alignment of the cranial bones.

It is essential to relieve tension from the skull itself; otherwise, expanding the jaw will be extremely difficult, and the teeth will naturally tend to return to their original position. This is why retainers are placed after braces—to prevent the teeth from shifting back. However…!!!

You should be aware that retainers, braces, and orthodontic appliances disrupt the natural cranial rhythm of the skull bones!

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The body produces approximately 600 ml of CSF per day, and its circulation is facilitated by the natural cranial rhythm. When the skull is tense, fluid drainage is disrupted, negatively impacting the nervous system.

Moreover, fluid accumulation in the head can lead to the formation of adenomas and cause significant dysfunctions in the body, including vision impairment, hormonal imbalances, headaches, and premature brain aging.

It is essential to learn how to regularly relieve tension in the skull and jaw—especially after dental visits or stressful situations—to ensure maximum comfort and well-being in your own body.

1. How Everything Actually Works – Understanding why the jaws do not develop properly. Birth trauma as a cause of skull deformation and how to address it. A lecture on the skull and jaw, revealing key insights into working with bone structures. Chewing, swallowing, and breathing as fundamental functions for developing a correct bite and a harmoniously shaped face. Visual diagnostics based on photos.

2. Relieving Tension in the Thoracoabdominal Diaphragm, Body, Neck, Masticatory Muscles, and Oral Diaphragm. Speech therapy tongue massage and exercises to develop the correct tongue position.

3. Vispread Technique for Aligning the Dental Arch.

4. Relaxation and Correction of the Occipital Bone.

5. Relaxation of the skull.

6. Self-correction of the jaw and teeth long version with explanations.

7. Self-correction of the jaw ( every day version).

Contraindications

The course has nothing to do with medicine and is not a substitute for medical care when needed! The course is designed for self-correction of an adult in a sane state of mind. Contraindications for the course are all acute periods of various head diseases, post-operative rehabilitation period.
