This course was developed as part of the author's 5D Regeneration Method and includes educational materials, lectures, and gentle exercises for independent practice.

How is everything connected?


-> Within the 5D Regeneration Method, the jaw and skull region is viewed as part of the body’s overall system. We focus on possible connections between head position, posture, breathing patterns, facial muscles, the masticatory region, and visual perception of the face.

The 5D Regeneration method considers the jaw area as one of several potential areas of focus related to posture, head position, breathing patterns, and the visual aesthetics of the face.

In the educational framework of the Method, we focus on the possible connections between the jaw area, the neck, posture, and chewing patterns. These observations do not constitute a medical or dental diagnosis.

The position of the jaw and the dental arch is considered one of the possible visual cues within the logic of the Method, without any medical or dental evaluation.

In educational work with this area, the focus is on self-observation, gentle attention to sensations, and understanding possible bodily connections.

In this course, participants learn gentle practices of self-observation and mindful attention to the skull and jaw area.

The course materials explore possible connections between the head and neck region, posture, and overall body pattern.

The course exercises help participants become more aware of sensations in the jaw, skull, and neck, as well as their breathing, during independent practice.

This method examines facial aesthetics through the possible interrelationships between posture, breathing, the jaw area, facial muscles, and overall body alignment.

Course structure

1. The Logic Behind the Method: The Skull and Jaw Area. An educational lecture on how the 5D Regeneration Method examines the possible interrelationships between the jaw area, the skull, posture, breathing, and the visual aesthetics of the face. Visual analysis of photos as part of the program.

2. Areas of Focus: the body, neck, chewing muscles, and tongue. Gentle exercises for self-observation, experiencing relaxation, and mindful engagement with the neck, chewing muscles, tongue, and breathing pattern.

3. The dentition and the jaw area in the Method’s educational model. An educational module on the possible relationships between the jaw area, tongue position, breathing, and posture—without any promise of straightening the teeth.

4. The Occipital Region in the Logic of the Method. Gentle practices focusing on the occipital region and the sensation of the head being supported.

5. The Skull as a Focus Area in the Method. An educational module on self-observation and gentle practice in the head and neck area.

6. Exercises for the Jaw Area: Detailed Version. A step-by-step explanation of gentle exercises for the jaw area in a wellness format.

7. Exercises for the jaw area: a short version for regular practice.

Contraindications

This course has no connection to medicine and is not a substitute for medical care when it is needed! The course is designed for adults. Contraindications to performing the exercises include all acute phases of various head-related conditions and the postoperative rehabilitation period.
