How the training takes place:

How does curatorial support work in courses for children and teenagers?

The children's course includes curatorial support in a general educational chat and four individual consultations (conducted asynchronously, online via Telegram, in the form of text messages, without real-time communication). The format of the course is designed to ensure high effectiveness without overloading either the child or the parents.

❗️It is important to understand that consultations during the course are structured corrective work based on a clear protocol, rather than free counseling. The supervisor guides the child within the framework of set algorithms, ensuring the consistency and safety of the process.

Duration and organization of support: The curator will support you for 2 months from the date of the first consultation. On the first day, the following are recorded: • start date of support (date of the first consultation); • end date (60 calendar days later).

Please adhere to these deadlines — they are necessary to maintain the rhythm, efficiency, and correct dynamics of the work. Consultation structure The course includes: • 4 individual consultations with a supervisor; • frequency — once every 2 weeks; • duration of each consultation — up to 25 minutes; • format — text messages.

Every two weeks, you will receive: • diagnosis and analysis of your current condition; • a personalized exercise routine; • recommendations for the next 14 days; • minor adjustments to your routine, if necessary.

Consultation #1 — diagnosis and start Format: • analysis of photos of the child; • study of data on development and current condition; • visual osteopathic diagnosis.

During the first consultation, the curator: • identifies key physical dysfunctions; • identifies areas of tension and compensation; • develops a starting exercise protocol; • identifies limitations and important points to focus on.

Parents receive: • a clear action plan; • a set of easy-to-understand exercises; • recommendations for implementation. Parents are responsible for the regularity of the practices, the routine, and the emotional state.

Consultations #2, 3, 4 — corrective Format: • upload recent photos of the child; • if necessary, a short video of the exercises being performed (up to 5 minutes); • technique check; • spot correction.

At these stages, the supervisor: • assesses the dynamics; • adjusts the algorithm; • makes changes to the protocol if necessary. Control between consultations (stop lessons)

Once a week, parents upload control photos of their child in a stop-lesson format. Control photos are necessary for: • assessing the body's response to the practices; • tracking progress; • timely correction; • maintaining the safety of the course. There is no correspondence or discussion between consultations.

Consultation day On the day of the consultation or in advance, parents send reference photos of their child, taken in accordance with the recommendations:

Curator: • analyzes dynamics; • corrects technique; • answers all questions accumulated during the period; • conducts a mini-consultation lasting up to 25 minutes.

Detailed feedback is provided strictly once every two weeks, on a fixed day. If more personal communication is required, it is possible to switch to the VIP support format.

⚠️ Suspension and postponement of a scheduled consultation: If you are temporarily unable to attend: • you must notify your supervisor in advance; • support can be suspended once for a maximum of 1 month. ‼️Without prior notice, the consultation will be considered to have taken place and the support period will not be extended.

Extension of support After two months, you can: • extend support for another month in the standard format; • sign up for monthly support with daily responses (up to 10 minutes per day); • order a one-time consultation with diagnostics.

You can send: • photos; • questions; • observations at any convenient time so you don't forget important details. Curator's responses: • on the day of the consultation — with standard support; • daily until 7:00 p.m. Kyiv time — with VIP support.

Saturday and Sunday are days off. General and urgent questions can be posted in the children's course chat, which is supervised by the Academy team and the author of the method, Elena Hondorchyn.

‼️Important rules • Consultations last up to 25 minutes and are considered complete regardless of the number of questions asked. • The curator does not engage in ongoing correspondence outside of the established format. • Parents are responsible for ensuring that practices are carried out regularly.

• All data and materials are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission. • All photo results displayed by the Academy are published only with the consent of the parents. Access to the course is valid for 1 year.
