• Navigation through the sequence of program materials and activities:

Based on visual educational feedback and a preliminary participation questionnaire, an educational support staff member helps parents navigate the sequence of program materials and the format for completing the practical exercises included in the course.

"These practices are offered as part of an educational program and are performed by parents with their child as gentle self-care practices aimed at gentle physical interaction, relaxation, and observing the child’s individual sensations and visual characteristics."

How the training works:

1. Fill out the course registration form. After submitting the form, you will receive further instructions for payment.

2. Pay for the course using your preferred payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, we will grant you access to the program and provide further instructions.

3. Once you have been granted access, please fill out the separate form for visual educational feedback and upload photos of your child according to the guidelines provided. Before submitting the materials, you will have the opportunity to review the terms regarding their processing and provide the necessary consent.

4. An educational support specialist will contact you within 48 hours. They will provide visual educational feedback based on photos of your child taken as part of the program and help you navigate the sequence of relevant materials and practices.

How Educational Support Is Provided in the Course for Children and Teens

1. The course includes a general group chat and 4 individual educational feedback sessions. The sessions take place asynchronously via Telegram, in text format, without real-time communication.

2. Educational support helps parents navigate the course materials, the sequence of lessons, and the format of the practical exercises. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or individualized treatment.

3. Educational support is provided for 60 calendar days from the date of the first individual feedback session.

4. The program includes 4 individual sessions, tentatively scheduled once every 2 weeks. Each session lasts up to 25 minutes.

5. Every 2 weeks, you’ll receive — visual educational feedback; — guidance on the course materials and exercises; — guidelines for continuing through the program.

6. Educational Support Specialist: — reviews the preliminary participation questionnaire; — conducts a visual assessment based on photographs of the child; — notes any directly observable characteristics; — helps the child navigate the relevant course materials.

7. Educational support specialist: — does not make diagnoses; — does not determine medical causes; — does not prescribe treatment, rehabilitation, or individualized medical interventions; — does not set deadlines for achieving specific changes.

8. Before sessions 2, 3, and 4, parents provide recent photos of their child and, if necessary, a short video of the child performing the exercises. The staff member notes any visually observable progress and provides educational feedback on the child’s performance of the exercises in accordance with the course instructions.

9. Parents can save photos, questions, and observations for the next scheduled session. Additional one-on-one correspondence between sessions is not included in the standard support package.

10. Photographs are provided in accordance with the program’s guidelines and are used for visual educational observation and feedback. They are not used for medical diagnosis or to assess a child’s health.

11. If you are temporarily unable to continue the program, please let us know in advance. You may suspend your participation once for a period of up to 1 month.

12. After the standard period ends, you can sign up separately for: — a one-month extension of support; — an expanded educational support program; — a one-time visual educational feedback session.

13. Each individual session lasts up to 25 minutes and is considered to have been provided within the allotted time, regardless of the number of questions asked. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children work through the materials and complete the exercises on a regular basis.

14. Photographs and other materials are processed in accordance with the consent provided and the Privacy Policy. Public or marketing use of photographs is permitted only with separate, voluntary consent.

The 5D method takes a holistic approach to the child's body, focusing on posture, breathing patterns, the jaw area, the chest, the neck, and overall bodily tension.

As part of the course, parents learn gentle educational and self-care practices, as well as how to observe visual characteristics and changes in different areas of their child’s body without medical diagnosis, treatment, or assessment of the child’s health.
