Куратор использует их только для визуальной обратной связи в образовательных целях: чтобы отметить зоны внимания в рамках программы, объяснить маршрут прохождения курса и дать рекомендации по формату выполнения практик.

На основе визуальной обратной связи и анкеты безопасности участия куратор помогает родителям выбрать последовательный маршрут прохождения курса и формат выполнения практик.

How the training takes place:

1. The course is paid after reading the offer contract.

2. Next, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to the course and chat to the email address provided.

3. You need to add yourself to the chat room and send photos according to the specified parameters. You will learn how to make photos correctly in the chat room itself.

How does curatorial support work in courses for children and teenagers?

The children's course includes curatorial support in a general educational chat and four individual consultations (conducted asynchronously, online via Telegram, in the form of text messages, without real-time communication). The format of the course is designed to ensure high effectiveness without overloading either the child or the parents.

❗️Важно понимать: консультации в курсе — это структурированное образовательное сопровождение по чёткому протоколу, а не свободное консультирование. Куратор ведёт ребёнка в рамках заданных алгоритмов, соблюдая последовательность и безопасность процесса.

Duration and organization of support: The curator will support you for 2 months from the date of the first consultation. On the first day, the following are recorded: • start date of support (date of the first consultation); • end date (60 calendar days later).

Please adhere to these deadlines — they are necessary to maintain the rhythm, efficiency, and correct dynamics of the work. Consultation structure The course includes: • 4 individual consultations with a supervisor; • frequency — once every 2 weeks; • duration of each consultation — up to 25 minutes; • format — text messages.

Каждые 2 недели вы получаете: •визуальную обратную связь и разбор текущих визуальных наблюдений в рамках программы; • индивидуальный маршрут прохождения практик; • рекомендации на следующие 14 дней; • уточнение маршрута прохождения программы.

Консультация №1 — визуальная обратная связь и старт Формат: • визуальный разбор фотографий ребёнка; •знакомство с анкетой безопасности участия и информацией, предоставленной родителями; • визуальный разбор в образовательных целях.

На первой консультации куратор: • отмечает возможные зоны внимания и паттерны напряжения; • выявляет зоны напряжения и компенсаций; • формирует стартовый маршрут прохождения практик; • обозначает ограничения и важные акценты.

Parents receive: • a clear action plan; • a set of easy-to-understand exercises; • recommendations for implementation. Parents are responsible for the regularity of the practices, the routine, and the emotional state.

Consultations #2, 3, 4 — corrective Format: • upload recent photos of the child; • if necessary, a short video of the exercises being performed (up to 5 minutes); • technique check; • spot correction.

На этих этапах куратор: •отмечает визуальную динамику; • уточняет маршрут прохождения программы; • при необходимости вносит изменения в протокол. Контроль между консультациями (стоп-уроки)

Один раз в неделю родители загружают контрольные фотографии ребёнка в формате стоп-урока. Контрольные фото необходимы для: • наблюдения визуальной динамики в рамках программы; • отслеживания динамики; • своевременной коррекции; • сохранения безопасности курса. Между консультациями переписка и обсуждения не ведутся.

Consultation day On the day of the consultation or in advance, parents send reference photos of their child, taken in accordance with the recommendations:

🌸 Full-length front, side, and back view (barefoot, in a one-piece swimsuit/swim trunks, with hair pinned up and bangs, standing firmly on both feet); 🌸 Photo of the face from the shoulder (front and side view), 🌸 Photo of a broad but natural smile (front and side view) with teeth closed, photo of the lower teeth with mouth open, photo of the palate.

Куратор: • отмечает динамику визуальных наблюдений; • даёт обратную связь по формату выполнения практик; • отвечает на все вопросы, накопленные за период; • проводит мини-консультацию до 25 минут.

Detailed feedback is provided strictly once every two weeks, on a fixed day. If more personal communication is required, it is possible to switch to the VIP support format.

⚠️ Suspension and postponement of a scheduled consultation: If you are temporarily unable to attend: • you must notify your supervisor in advance; • support can be suspended once for a maximum of 1 month. ‼️Without prior notice, the consultation will be considered to have taken place and the support period will not be extended.

Продление сопровождения По завершении 2 месяцев вы можете: • продлить сопровождение ещё на месяц в стандартном формате; • оформить месячное сопровождение с ежедневными ответами (до 10 минут в день); • заказать разовую консультацию с визуальной обратной связью.

You can send: • photos; • questions; • observations at any convenient time so you don't forget important details. Curator's responses: • on the day of the consultation — with standard support; • daily until 7:00 p.m. Kyiv time — with VIP support.

Saturday and Sunday are days off. General and urgent questions can be posted in the children's course chat, which is supervised by the Academy team and the author of the method, Elena Hondorchyn.

‼️Important rules • Consultations last up to 25 minutes and are considered complete regardless of the number of questions asked. • The curator does not engage in ongoing correspondence outside of the established format. • Parents are responsible for ensuring that practices are carried out regularly.

• All data and materials are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission. • All photo results displayed by the Academy are published only with the consent of the parents. Access to the course is valid for 1 year.

Метод 5D рассматривает тело ребёнка как связанную систему, где внимание может уделяться осанке, дыхательному паттерну, зоне челюсти, грудной клетке, шее и общему телесному напряжению.

В рамках курса родители изучают мягкие практики и учатся наблюдать возможные взаимосвязи между разными зонами тела без медицинской диагностики, лечения или оценки состояния здоровья ребёнка.

При наличии заболеваний, жалоб, боли, нарушений дыхания или других состояний, требующих медицинской оценки, необходимо обратиться к лечащему врачу или профильному специалисту.
