Structure of Pre-Training
Unit 1. Introduction to the Method
1. Introduction and Philosophy of the Method — Why the 5D Regeneration Method was created; — What “self-correction” means and why it is unique; — Principles of the Method: gentleness, mindfulness, respect for the body. 2. Course Overview — Course structure, five main areas: 1. working with the body’s patterns according to the Method’s logic, 2. facial aesthetics in the educational wellness model, 3. the cranial region as one of the areas of focus, 4. the jaw and dental arch region as a potential area of focus, 5. the expert’s advancement and development. — what role it plays in the educational program. 3. Visual Documentation of “Point A” — how to take photographs of the body and face; — why it is necessary to document the initial state.
Unit 2. History and Fundamentals of the Method
1. The history of osteopathy and craniosacral therapy; 2. How the Method’s logic addresses visual changes, the dynamics of self-observation, and possible interconnections within the body. 3. Principles and algorithms of self-correction. Developing a personal practice. — the ability to help oneself without external intervention; — maintaining a mindful, gentle, and consistent approach to working with the body within the framework of the educational program.
Unit 3. Visual Observation and Educational Guidelines
Objective: To learn to view the body as an interconnected system within the framework of the 5D Regeneration Method and to identify possible visual cues without conducting a medical assessment of the patient’s condition. 1. Visual observation of photos for educational purposes — the position of the head, neck, shoulders, and pelvis; — possible characteristics of posture and breathing patterns; — areas that may require attention within the program. 2. Gentle self-observation exercises — observing respiratory mobility; — observing sensations in the abdominal area; — observing the mobility of the neck and chest. 3. Weekly practice — complete gentle self-observation exercises, record your sensations and questions for educational guidance.
Unit 4. First Self-Correction Exercises
Objective: To introduce participants to the first gentle practices of self-observation and self-correction within the logic of the Method. 1. Working with Breathing and the Diaphragm — mindful breathing, gentle stretching of the diaphragm; — sensing inner space. 2. Myofascial Release — what fascia is, in simple terms; — exercises for relaxing the entire body; — gentle attention to sensations, relaxation, and bodily mobility. 3. Introduction to working with the abdomen — how to gently work with sensations in the abdominal area through self-observation; — how the abdomen is connected to the face, posture, and emotions; — a gentle practice of focusing on the anterior abdominal wall and the overall sense of space within the body.
Unit 5. Looking Ahead—An Overview of Core Curriculum
Objective: To spark an interest in moving forward and to show where this path will lead. Overview of the main training modules: 1. The Body and Bodily Patterns in the Logic of the Method. — Why work with the spine, pelvis, and feet? — How fascial tension, bodily mobility, and areas of focus are addressed within the logic of the Method. 2. Facial aesthetics in the educational wellness model. Practices for working with facial and neck aesthetics. Types of massage practices covered in the course. — How the face is connected to breathing and the body; 3. The cranial region as one of the zones of attention. — How the cranial region can be viewed in relation to posture and the overall body pattern (theory) 4. The jaw and dental arch area as a potential focus area. — How the jaw area is considered in relation to the face, posture, and breathing pattern (theory) A brief overview of the core course techniques 5. Advancement and Expertise. Overview of the Advancement Module. — How to develop yourself in this profession; — The path from student to specialist at the 5D Regeneration Academy.
💎 Program Structure
Preliminary Training — Theory and Instruction in Visual Observation Using the 5D Method. Included in the full program; offered separately for €250. Participants learn self-correction algorithms, the logic of the Method, possible interrelationships, and visual feedback based on photos for educational purposes.
Module 1. 💎The Body and Bodily Patterns in the Logic of the Method — €687.50. The program’s foundational module. Participants learn gentle practices focused on awareness of the breath, the diaphragm, the pelvis, the spine, and the overall sensation of bodily mobility within the framework of an educational wellness model.
Module 2. 💎 The Skull Area in the Method’s Educational Model — 687.5 €. Participants learn about the logic behind working with the skull area, the possible connections between the skull, the body, and posture, as well as gentle practices of self-observation and self-correction.
Module 3. 💎 The Jaw and Dentition Area as a Focus Area — 687.5 €. This module is dedicated to the educational study of the jaw area, the oral diaphragm, the dentition, and their potential interrelationships with posture, breathing, and the visual aesthetics of the face.
Module 4. 💎 Facial Aesthetics in the Wellness Approach — €687.50. Participants learn gentle techniques for focusing on the face, neck, facial muscles, and the overall visual perception of the face, based on the 5D Regeneration Method.
Module 5. 💎 Marketing—for free! A step-by-step system where you’ll learn how to market yourself, attract an audience, launch ad campaigns, analyze results, and build sales funnels to consistently earn income from your services or product. This module is led by a graduate of the University of Innsbruck with a degree in economics.

🔸 Full course — €3,000. Includes preliminary training and all 5 modules with final certification. For participants who want to study the Method in its entirety—from body patterns to the skull and jaw areas. (If paid in full in a single payment for the entire course: 2,750 € + includes 1 consultation with Elena + 2-year access to the course).
🔸 “Expert Dental” Course — 2,000 €. For participants interested in the interrelationships between the jaw area, the dentition, breathing, posture, and body patterns as outlined in the 5D Regeneration Method. Includes: preliminary training + body + skull + jaw. Participants study the Method’s educational model and gentle self-observation practices.

The program includes three months of personalized guidance from a mentor; lessons and lectures are available in your personal account, and in the general training chat, participants share experiences, ask questions, complete assignments from mentors, and grow together as part of the 5D Regeneration Academy community.
