💎 Program structure

Pre-training - theory and training in 5D Method diagnostics (included in the full program, separately - 250 €). Study of Self-Correction Algorithms, logic of the method, cause-and-effect relationships and visual diagnostics of the body by photo.

Installment and full payment

Модуль 3. 💎 Челюсть — 600€. Продвинутые остеопатические техники для выравнивания и расширения челюсти, работа с альвеолярными отростками, расслабление диафрагмы рта и восстановление прикуса.

Модуль 4. 💎 Омоложение лица — 500€. Комплексная работа со всеми структурами лица: фасциями, апоневрозом, мимическими мышцами, подкожной жировой клетчаткой, глубокими жировыми пакетами и надкостницей. Вы научитесь понимать, как состояние тела отражается на лице, восстанавливать баланс тканей, улучшать микроциркуляцию и запускать естественные процессы регенерации.

Модуль 5. 💎 Маркетинг и работа с клиентами — 500€. Как выстроить консультации, диагностику, сопровождение и систему работы с клиентами, создавая устойчивую профессиональную практику.

My health outcome: The most important thing for me is that my nose is no longer bleeding! 🔥 Before the course, I had been suffering from it for the last 5 years. Structure of the Pre-Training

Block 1: Introduction to the Method

 1. Greetings and philosophy of the method
- Why the 5D Regeneration Method was created;
- what "self-correction" means and why it is unique;
- the principles of the Method: gentleness, awareness, respect for the body.

 2. Course Navigator
- The structure of the training, five main areas:
 1. body recovery,
 2. facial reconstruction,
 3. skull correction,
 4. correction of the jaw and maxillofacial system,
 5. advancement and development of the expert.
- why each block, what results it produces.

 3. Diagnosis "point A"
- how to take pictures of the body and face;
- why you need to fix the initial state.

Block 2: History and Foundations of the Method

1. history of osteopathy and craniosacral therapy;

 2. What results are possible with the Method. What is really behind the transformations "before and after". How the results are achieved.

 3. Principles and algorithms of self-correction. Building a personal practice. 
- The ability to help yourself without external intervention;
- preservation of health, energy, youth and harmony.

Block 3: Visual diagnostics and testing

Goal: To learn to see the body as a map, to understand what needs to be corrected.

 1. What can be determined from the photo
- asymmetry of the face, neck, shoulders, pelvis;
- type of breathing and position of the diaphragm;
- signs of internal tensions.

 2. The main tests of self-diagnosis
- respiratory mobility test;
- abdominal tension test;
- test of neck and chest mobility. Identification and elimination of tensions in the body using the tools of kinesiology, osteopathy, massage art.

 3. Practice of the week
- Pass the tests, correction, record sensations and conclusions.

Block 4: First practices of self-correction

Goal: to give tangible results in the body in the first month.

 1. Work with breathing and diaphragm
- conscious breathing, gentle stretching of the diaphragm;
- feeling of inner space.

 2. Muscle-fascial release
- What fascia is in simple words;
- exercises to relax the whole body;
- restoration of ease and blood flow.

 3. Introduction to abdominal work
- Why to relieve abdominal cramps;
- how the abdomen relates to the face, posture and emotions;
- simple techniques for relaxing the anterior abdominal wall and lifting internal organs.

Unit 5. Looking Ahead - Overview of Core Learning

Objective: to arouse interest to go further, to show where this path will lead.

  Overview of the main training modules:

 1. Body Restoration
- Why work on the spine, pelvis, feet;
- what is gained by releasing fascial tensions. What are the principles and methods of body restoration within the training.

 2. Facial Restoration. Methods of restoring the aesthetics of the face, neck. Types of massage practices of the course. 
- How the face is connected to the breath and body;

 3. Skull correction
- How the smallest bone misalignments affect posture and brain health. Overview of Method practices ( theory)

 4. Correction of the jaw and the maxillofacial system
- How working with the jaw changes the face, sleep, posture and breathing ( theory). 
A brief overview of the techniques of the basic course

 5. Promotion and Expertise. Overview of the module on advancement. 
- How you can develop yourself in this profession;
- the path from apprentice to specialist at the Academy of 5D Regeneration.
