1. 💬 Where does the main communication take place?
-> In the course chat.
❗ Personal questions related to training may only address the following topics:
-> diagnostics of the student's body condition,
-> recommendations on correct performance of practices,
-> side effects from practices or body reactions.
❗ Prohibited:
-> discuss personal, domestic, or emotional issues unrelated to learning,
-> expect daily counseling for all life situations.
2. 🤝 What does personalized mentor support include?
-> Only body diagnostics and practice recommendations.
-> No daily consultations!
3. 📜 What are the conditions for participation in the training?
-> By starting the course, the student confirms agreement with the public offer.
4. 🧠 What if the student has not read the public offer?
-> Ignorance does not absolve one of responsibility!
5. 🎯 What responsibilities does the student have?
-> Follow the recommendations of the mentors.
-> Follow the algorithms.
-> Show respect for supervisors and students.
-> More details can be found in the public offer.
6. 🚫 What actions are unacceptable?
-> Aggression, rudeness, threats.
-> Violation of safety and educational process.
7. 🎯 Does the Executive guarantee results after training?
-> No! All risks for the application of knowledge are assumed by the student.
8. 🛑 What happens when a public offer is breached?
-> First offense - warning.
-> Second offense - expulsion without refund.
9. ❌ Can a student be expelled from the study?
-> Yes! The contractor has the right to exclude for breach of the public offer without refund.
10. ⚠️ Do I need to warn the student before expulsion?
-> In case of gross violations - exclusion without warnings.
11. 🔥 What leads to immediate exclusion?
-> Any aggression, inappropriate behavior, rule breaking or mental instability.
12. 🛡️ What happens after the exclusion?
-> Loss of all rights to participate in future Contractor programs.
13. ⚖️ Who is liable for harm caused by a student to himself or herself or others when violating the established rules or guidelines of the Provider?
❌ The contractor is not liable.
When a student violates established policies or guidelines:
-> The student bears all responsibility for any harm caused to him/herself or others - physical, psychological or property.
-> Any consequences resulting from independent actions, changes in work algorithms or failure to follow supervisors' instructions are entirely the responsibility of the student.
-> The Contractor shall not compensate and shall not be liable for negative consequences of such actions.
14. 📚 Can the 5D technique be shared with third parties?
-> Only after paying for the Expert or Expert Entrepreneur package of the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course.
If a student violates the terms of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or sells a course below the established price (less than $200), the student will bear the following consequences:
-> Penalty in the amount of UAH 500,000.
Compensation of all losses to the Contractor, including possible reputational losses, damage from lost profits and expenses for restoration of violated conditions.
-> It is also forbidden to use the 5D Method on third parties until the end of the training (at the "Expert" or "Expert Entrepreneur" participation rates on the 5D Regeneration Method Expert course) .
Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund and a possible fine.
