Causes of birth trauma

Vertical birth is the natural position, the most physiologic for both the laboring woman and the fetus.

But for doctors it was more convenient to put the woman in labor on her back, thus from an active participant of the process, the woman turned into a passive one.
The lying position during labor, prolongs contractions, in no way helps the baby to get to the exit, on the contrary, there is pressure on the aorta and increases the risk of hypoxia and birth trauma, because the baby is difficult to get out because of the narrowing of the lumen of the perineum pressure coccyx and sacrum. The entry of the baby's head into the small pelvis can be hampered by the lack of movement of the base of the sacrum outward, this is immediately reflected in contractions - they stop. Stimulation of contractions leads to trauma to the fetal head and the mother's sacrum.

The spatial position of the uterus in the pelvis is determined by its ligaments, which attach it to the pelvic bones in a circular fashion. If a woman has a twisted pelvis, the ligaments of the uterus are in a different state of tension. From my observations, most women have a twisted pelvis, which also leads to difficulty for the baby's head to pass through the birth canal. That is why it is important to prepare the body for pregnancy and childbirth in advance, building a healthy pelvic position, working on the elasticity of the perineal muscles, breathing, as I teach in the course "The Power of Women".

Vertical birth, on the contrary, contributes to the tailbone back, the baby calmly himself, under his own weight, rushes to the exit, there is no hypoxia, contractions are reduced by at least an hour, all you need to do is to take on the arms of the baby.

Birth on the back without using the natural force of gravity, provokes hypoxia, the baby wants to come out and often can not, because the uterus is not open enough in the supine position, hence the frequent tears and cuts in the perineum, squeezing the baby. Any trauma to the head and neck, affects the whole life of the person!!!! These are future diseases, facial and body asymmetries, problems with bite and brain development and compression of cranial nerves. Then we are surprised that young children get sick, but think with our heads, why does this happen? Why are the nerves not working properly? Why is everyone's jaw crooked?!

Ignorance is man's greatest enemy.....
