The uterus is suspended by ligaments that are attached to the pelvis—these are the true uterine ligaments. They are the primary ligaments responsible for maintaining the central position of the uterus in the frontal plane.

Accordingly, if the pelvic wings are asymmetrical—one is higher than the other or more/less rotated—then the position of the uterus will also be incorrect.

Naturally, the opposite ligament will try to compensate for the imbalance, and since the ligaments intertwine with the body of the uterus, fascial tension arises, leading to difficulties with venous blood outflow. This, in particular, can provoke fibroids.

Therefore, it is important to align the pelvis, relieve tension from the spine, and allow the nervous system and blood circulation to function properly. After all, venous blood stagnation provokes not only fibroids but also varicose veins, hemorrhoids, etc.

Next, you ask about kidney prolapse...

This is connected as well:
The ureters are woven into the base of the broad ligaments of the uterus. This means they will be "strained" and constricted in case of uterine tension.
A constricted ureter will pull the kidney along with it. Due to reduced ureter conductivity, the kidney will experience back pressure when trying to expel urine. This is how renal pelvis dilation begins. In fact, this is one of the possible starting points for all kidney-related diseases... and so on.

All organs and systems are interconnected—when biomechanics are disrupted, organ function is also affected. That’s why, in the Lecture Hall, we take a comprehensive approach to working with the body.

Erosion occurs due to fascia tension. I had the same issue after an episiotomy—I didn’t know that the tension from the scar needed to be released, so they simply treated me with different antibiotics for seven years until there was a risk of a precancerous condition. Then, they cauterized it.

Since then, I have been studying anatomy and no longer consider myself a patient of any doctor.
